General Contracting / Construction Management

  • Provide construction of interior tenant spaces, base building work and high end residential work, including renovation and new construction on lump sum, cost plus, negotiated fee basis or a design/build turn key format.
  • Work with client’s architect and/or engineer during the design phase to fast track projects and minimize future changes, while at the same time obtaining the most favorable pricing.
  • Review design documents for accuracy and completeness to reduce opportunity for subsequent change orders.
  • Provide design/build services for the construction of commercial/retail/residential projects.
  • Provide value engineering services for new construction or renovation project, both prior to and during the construction activity, to insure that the client obtains the best product for their investment.
  • Provide inspection of facilities and solutions for the solving of existing problems.
